WARM OATS

REFINED SUGAR FREE   DAIRY FREE   NUT FREE

There's nothing quite like a bowl of warm oats to make the winter months that much easier. If you're a fan of cold overnight oats in the summer, then you will love this warm version too!

If you have time, I recommend soaking the oats the night before to help them cook quicker in the morning. 

- 1/2c oats - wholegrain oats or ground oats

- 1c coconut milk

- 1Tbsp honey

- Raw buckwheat

- Peanut butter

- Sliced fruit

- Shredded coconut

- Hello Raw granola

- Coconut yoghurt

1. Place oats and coconut milk in a small pot and allow the oats to absorb the liquid for about 10-15 minutes. If you have time, soak them in the pot over night.

2. Add the honey to the oats and cook this mixture on the stove on low for about 15 minutes. Just let it simmer, stirring occasionally.

3. Pour into a bowl and top with anything you like! I've listed options above but the possibilities are endless.
