Strength training doesn't have to be done in a gym! There's plenty of exercises that can be done from the comfort of your own home, some even without any equipment at all.

Some pieces of equipment you could collect to really amp up your strength training could be:

- Kettlebells

- TRX band

- Barbell

- Hand weights

- Resistance bands

Most of these can be found fairly cheap online, or even



through second hand stores online.
