So I nearly bloody well threw in the towel today. All I could think about was how good some rice crackers would taste, and also some Mexican, with a side of cheesecake. AND A COFFEE!!!
Give me strength! I don’t know how many sticks of gum I chewed on throughout the day but it was a lot by the look of my rubbish bin come 5pm! Luckily my old trainer in Perth messaged me and asked how I am – it was the pep talk I needed. Nothing like having someone else with a similar vision of health and fitness go over a couple of things about eating to remind me why I need to be doing this little experiment.
The regular Wednesday afternoon PT session helped to sweat out any doubts I might have had about the next 50 days without coffee!
