There are so many ways you can move your body to breathe life into it.
You may be confused about what comes up if you search for "workout" or "exercise plan" because there are so many types and routines to choose from. I highly recommend trying them all! An exercise program will not be of interest to you if you do not enjoy it, and how do you know if you will enjoy it? By trying it!
Gradually I will be adding examples of different types of workouts I've tried and tested. They won't be for everyone (which is fine!) but if you're interested in trying something new or just want to mix up your already consistent workout plan, then keep an eye out!
