H.I.I.T - HOLIDAY

Going on holiday can mean it's hard to keep up a consistent workout. Here are some quick and easy workouts you can in the privacy of your hotel room, in the hotel gym or even outside in the park

 

WORKOUT 1

Park:

- 30 step ups on a park bench

- 20 press ups

- 10 second rest

Repeat this for 8 rounds.

- 20 sit ups

- 20 leg lowers

Repeat this for 4 rounds.

WORKOUT 2

- 200m sprint

- 15 burpees

- 10 squats

Repeat this for a total of 10 rounds.

 

WORKOUT 3

- 10 box jumps on to a park bench

- 10 tricep dips

- 10 sit ups

- 10 hand release burpees

Repeat circuit for a total of 20 minutes.

 

WORKOUT 4

- 8 tricep press ups

- 10 sit ups

- 12 donkey kicks (each leg)

Repeat circuit for a total of 5 rounds, increasing the number or reps for each exercise by 2 each round.

- 8 glute raises

- 10 hand release press ups

- 12 single leg glute raises

Repeat circuit for a total of 5 rounds, increasing the number or reps for each exercise by 2 each round.

 

WORKOUT 5

- 200m sprint

- 40m walking lunges 

- 30 squats

- 20 glute raises

- 10 tricep press ups

Repeat for a total of 10 rounds
