This Energising Green Smoothie is super easy to whip up. You don't even need to use frozen bananas if you don't have any in the freezer - just add some extra ice.


Serves 2




- 1 frozen banana - chopped into bite sized pieces

- 1 green pear

- 1tsp of greens powder (I use Nuzest)

- Big handful of spinach and/or kale

- 2c cold water

- 1c ice cubes




Blend everything together at once on high for about 1 minute.

Pour into glasses and enjoy!
