When cravings hit for something sweet, peanuty and naughty it's hard to resist! Keeping a supply of these Raw Snickers Bars in the freezer hits the spot every time. I love one after dinner with a cup of tea.


- 1/2c oats (use gluten fee if needed)

- 1c raw nuts (I used almonds, walnuts and cashews)

- 1/2c shredded coconut

- 1/4c honey, maple syrup or rice malt syrup

- 2Tbsp peanut butter

- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt


- 1c dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes

- 1Tbsp peanut butter

- 1Tbsp honey, maple syrup or rice malt syrup

- 1/2tsp vanilla extract

- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

- 1/2c raw peanuts


- 1/4c coconut oil (I use Natava Superfoods)

- 6Tbsp cacao powder (I use Natava Superfoods)

- 2Tbsp honey, maple syrup or rice malt syrup

- 1Tbsp peanut butter

1. Base: Process all ingredients together in a food processor until it resembles a sticky crumb. Press this mixture in to a lined slice pan then place in the fridge or freezer.

2. Filling: Drain the dates, then place all ingredients in food processor to combine well. Spread this over the base, then place pan in the freezer to set.

3. Topping: Heat all topping ingredients in a pan and whisk together to ensure there's no lumps. Spread this evenly over the caramel layer then place pan back in the freezer to set.

4. After a couple of hours, remove slice from the freezer and cut into desired sized bars.

Store these in the freezer to ensure they don't melt!
